Basic Information:

• Valid passport(s) with a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date.
• Copy of the last passport and all previous passports.
• Two recent color photos (2/2 Matt Paper white background, without cap & glasses).
• Two sets of visiting cards.
• Bank statement of the last 6 months and bank solvency certificate (Original copy with seal, signature, and photocopies). The minimum account balance should be 50,000/- per person. If sponsored, the amount should be 50,000*Pax. This balance must be maintained until the passport is returned from the Embassy.
• NID Card.
• Utility bill copy.
• Notarized and English-translated nikah Nama with marriage certificate.
• (Original copy) of NOC, Bank statements & Bank Solvency Certificate

For Job Holders:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Office ID Card.
• Government Official Passport (GO) for government officials.
• BMDC certificate for doctors.
• BAR Council Certificate for advocates.
• Retirement certificate for retired individuals.

For Business Persons:

• Blank the page of the office pad.
• Renewal trade license with English notary, Memorandum for Limited Company.

For Students:

• Photocopy of both sides of the student ID card.
• Birth certificate.
